Our practice operates as two complementary divisions namely:

  1. Chartered Surveying and Project Management;
  2. Chartered Building Consultancy, which specialises in third party site inspection services nationwide.

Each division enjoys national and international stature for successfully delivering projects to an exceptional standard. We have a small team of Quantity Surveyors, Building Surveyors, and Project Managers, together with administrative support staff, all working in synergy led by our Operations Director.

Potential candidates may be required to partake in an initial interview by phone prior to receiving an invitation to a formal meeting. Following the telephone interview, the format could be either a one or two stage process.

Stage 1

You will be invited to a formal interview at our Head Office in Romford. At this stage, both parties can assess eligibility and discuss practicalities. If your application is successful, dependant on the role, you will be invited back for a stage 2 interview.

Stage 2 – (Where Applicable)

This interview stage is to establish the capabilities of essential skills required for a position. As such you may be required to demonstrate your abilities in a practical assessment.
